Maitake (Grifola frondosa) is the Japanese name for one type
of edible mushroom that is highly nutritious and is regarded
for its taste and health benefits. Also called “dancing
mushroom”, maitake is a traditional adaptogenic herb valued

this mushroom is recognized for its beta-glucan content, a unique
